2012, how time flies.

I’ve spent the first few days of this new year seeing old friends, getting my to-do list done and of course, packing. With my semester abroad quickly approaching, I find it a bit of a challenge putting together my list of essentials. Seemingly, every time I look at my half filled luggage, I can’t help but think something is missing. As excited as I am for this new start, I’m also nervous and restless, which is of course expected. Things have been coming together a bit more slowly these days, as I am also battling a cold and a sore throat, but nonetheless, I intend to make the best out of my final few days in Vancouver (that is – to eat as much good food as possible).

With so many things left to do, I assume my next post will document the beginning of my adventure. The goal is to try my best to get pictures edited and posted from my beloved SLR in a timely fashion, but who knows what may await me.

I hope everyone had a great time over the holidays, may the new year be a great one!
